As we move closer to spring - the energy is rising - can you feel it?Â
Our lives are a constant exchange of energy, and keeping our own vibration high can be challenging. We react to and often absorb the energy around us. We bring our own energy into every space we enter. There are days when our energy defines and shapes everything and everyone in our atmosphere… and days when the energy of the world around us shapes us.Â
Energy exchange occurs in three ways: physically - through touch, emotionally - sharing experiences and emotions with others, and mentally - when we share our thoughts and ideas.Â
This New Moon is a time to recognize how it feels to engage with the energy around you and (hopefully) choose to keep your vibes high.
