  • September New Moon 2024

A Time for Grounding, Intention Setting, and Practical Magic Our September New Moon invites us to reflect on our goals, prioritize self-care, and create routines that support our growth. This Moon's energy is all about organizing, purifying, and aligning with the natural rhythms of life, making it a powerful time to focus on practical steps that bring us closer to our highest intentions. New Moons represent new beginnings—a fresh cycle where we can set intentions and plant the seeds for what we want to manifest. This month's New Moon encourages us to get clear on what we need to improve, heal, or refine in our lives. It's a perfect moment to realign with our purpose and make small, intentional changes that lead to significant growth. New Moon Ritual These steps help you focus on grounding, clarity, and creating intentional routines that support your well-being. 1. Cleanse Your Space : Begin by cleansing your space with ethically sourced sage, palo santo, or your favorite cleansing tool. I love to clap up the energy in the corners of each room to help clear out any stagnant energy... and then open the windows to let fresh air flow through. 2. Renergize Your Sacred Space : It's time to update your sacred space with elements representing the energy you seek to harness this cycle. I plan to gather earthy crystals, herbs, and symbols of health and well-being. Be sure to include your journal and a pen for intention-setting and idea-collecting. 3. Ground Yourself : Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths, feeling your body connected to the earth. Visualize roots extending from your feet into the ground, anchoring you in stability and strength. 4. Set Your Intentions : Write your intentions for this New Moon in your journal. Focus on practical, realistic goals that will help you improve your daily life. This month's energy is all about refining and perfecting, so consider the areas where you can make minor, meaningful adjustments. 5. Light a Candle : Light a green or white candle to symbolize new beginnings and growth. As the candle burns, visualize your intentions taking root and growing strong like the earth's plants and trees. 6. Close the Ritual : Express gratitude to the energies of the New Moon for guiding and supporting your journey. Blow out the candle, and keep your intention list somewhere special to revisit as the lunar cycle progresses. Ideal Crystals to Gather Green Aventurine : This crystal is associated with growth, abundance, and health. It supports new beginnings and is perfect for grounding your intentions in practical action. I have a "worry stone" made of Green Aventurine that I plan to carry with me this month to remind me of my intentions! Amazonite : Known for its calming energy, Amazonite helps balance emotions and supports clear communication, making it an ideal companion for Virgo's meticulous and thoughtful energy. Moss Agate : Moss Agate is a stone of new beginnings and grounding. Its earthy energy helps you stay connected to nature and promotes stability, making it perfect for working with Virgo’s grounded, practical vibes. Citrine : Citrine is a crystal of manifestation and abundance, encouraging you to take action on your intentions and attract positive outcomes. Spiritual Tools to Support Your Practice Herbal Tea : Create a ritual around sipping herbal tea with Virgo-aligned herbs like chamomile, lavender, or peppermint. This simple act can help calm your mind and body while aligning you with the nurturing energy of this New Moon. Two of my favorite Intentionaliteas blends - Peace and Summer - have these notes. Visit their site and use the code "New Moon" - a blessing from the Founder, Molly McKinley. Journaling : Tap into this cycle's analytical energy, perfect for writing your thoughts, plans, and reflections. Having your journal nearby will support capturing any insights during this New Moon. Essential Oils : Use essential oils like eucalyptus, lavender, or rosemary to create a calming and grounding atmosphere. Diffuse them in your space, add them to a bath, or anoint yourself with them during your ritual. Walk a Labyrinth or Create a Spiral of Rocks: Both labyrinths and spirals represent a journey inward. As you walk (or create) the path, you engage in a meditative process that encourages self-reflection, personal growth, and insight. This Month's Mantras "I align with the natural rhythms of life, creating space for healing, growth, and balance." "I honor the small, meaningful steps that lead to transformation and allow my intentions to unfold in divine timing." Journal Prompts for Deeper Reflection What areas of my life need more organization or structure to support my well-being? How can I bring more mindfulness and intention into my daily routines? What seeds of intention am I ready to plant that align with my long-term vision? How can I create more harmony between my work, relationships, and self-care? How can I cleanse areas of my life that feel stagnant? What new habits or rituals can I begin to support my mind, body, and spirit? Beloved, this New Moon calls us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and focus on the details that truly matter. It’s a time for grounding, rooting, healing, and aligning with the natural rhythms of life. Let this lunar phase guide you in setting practical, meaningful intentions that align with your highest good. Step into your power by creating order around you and establishing routines that nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Wrapping You in Love + Light,

  • Embracing the Energy of the Full Blue Supermoon - August 2024

The Full Moon on August 19, 2024, at 11:26am PT is no ordinary lunar event. This celestial wonder is a rare combination of a Supermoon and a Seasonal Blue Moon, occurring in the visionary sign of Aquarius. Together, these elements bring forth potent energies calling us to awaken, transform, and connect deeply with our inner selves and the collective consciousness. In true Leo Season style, it is the most intense, wildly transformative Full Moon of the year. I love the soft spiritual shift from summer's vibrant, fiery energy to autumn's gentler, inward rhythms. Even as (and maybe especially because) we are also navigating through Mercury in Retrograde, this Moon inspires us to fly our feisty freak flags!  Understanding the Significance... Supermoon : When the Moon is closer to Earth in its orbit, it appears larger and brighter in the sky, enhancing its influence on our emotions, intuition, and spiritual practices. Seasonal Blue Moon : A Seasonal Blue Moon is the third Full Moon in a season with four Full Moons. Typically, each season (spring, summer, fall, winter) has three Full Moons, but occasionally, due to the way the lunar cycle and the calendar year align, a season will have four Full Moons. In such cases, the third Full Moon of that season is referred to as a Seasonal Blue Moon. This differs from the more commonly known Calendar Blue Moon, which occurs when there are two Full Moons in a single calendar month. Both types of Blue Moons are rare, making them magical occasions for reflection and spiritual practices.  Aquarius : As a sign of innovation, humanitarianism, and collective progress, Aquarius encourages us to break free from old paradigms and embrace new, forward-thinking perspectives. This Full Moon in Aquarius is a call to think beyond the self, considering the impact of our actions on the broader community and the planet. Some of My Favorite Crystals to Work with... Amethyst : Known for its calming and protective qualities, amethyst is a powerful crystal for enhancing spiritual awareness and intuition. It’s also associated with Aquarius, making it an ideal companion during this Full Moon. Hematite: This grounding stone offers protection and stability, making it especially valuable during a Full Moon with tense aspects. With the potential for unexpected changes and heightened emotions, Hematite helps keep you grounded and centered, enabling you to navigate turbulent energies with calm and resilience. Labradorite : This crystal is excellent for connecting with higher consciousness and unlocking your inner magic. It aligns well with Aquarius's innovative and transformative energies. Selenite : Selenite is perfect for cleansing your aura and space, ensuring that the heightened energies of the Supermoon and Blue Moon are used for your highest good. Aquamarine : Aquamarine helps you speak your truth with clarity and compassion, a vital quality when engaging with the collective energies Aquarius promotes. Amazonite : A healing stone that encourages you to discover your own truth, live in harmony, and more easily express your thoughts and feelings. It enhances loving communication toward yourself and others calming the mind, alleviating worry, and providing a sense of peace. Red Jasper : A powerful stone for grounding and stability, Red Jasper is a trusted ally during chaos, where the energies of change and rebellion feel incredibly intense. It helps you stay present and anchored in your truth, offering the strength and courage to embrace change while remaining true to yourself. Spiritual Tools to Enhance Your Practice... Moon Water : Create a batch of moon water under this Supermoon to capture its potent energy. Use it to cleanse your crystals, add to your bath, or spritz around your space to invite new, aligned energies. I also love making a couple of large Kerr jars filled with filtered water to drink the day after the Full Moon to keep the energy strong. Oracle Cards : Use your cards to gain deeper insight into the shifts within and around you. Use the journal prompts below or ask questions about your soul’s purpose and role within the collective. Here are my current go-to cards: The Divine Feminine Oracle by Meggan Watterson and Sacred Rebel  by Alana Fairchild Sage or Palo Santo : Cleanse your space before any ritual or journaling session to clear out old energies and make room for the new. As always, know where these elements are harvested and ensure they were done sustainably and intentionally with love.  Sound Healing Tools : Use a singing bowl, tuning forks, or even a playlist of high-frequency music to align your vibrations with the heightened energies of the Full Moon. Here is the Sturgeon Moon Meditation by Sherry Finxer I have on loop: open.spotify.com/track/4Uhr0Y78SbfGnKvmJntYvs?si=f1de991167a04abb Mantras to Weave Into Your Day… “I embrace the changes unfolding in my life and trust in the guidance of the universe.” “I am connected to the collective consciousness and contribute to the greater good with love and integrity.” "I speak my truth with clarity and compassion, honoring my voice as a powerful force for positive change." Journal Prompts For Deeper Reflection... What personal truths have surfaced this summer, and how do they align with my spiritual beliefs? How can I contribute more to the collective consciousness or community around me? What innovative ideas or visions have been stirring within me, and how can I bring them to life? Where am I dimming my light? How can I better align my actions with my values and the greater good? What connections or relationships no longer serve my highest self, and how can I lovingly release them? How can I use my unique talents to inspire or uplift others during this global transformation? How can I embrace my individuality while honoring my connection to the collective? Do you enjoy or are you curious about creating herbal infusions you can use for salves, tinctures, balms, and more? August is the perfect time to harvest, preserve, and save seeds for the next growing season. Whether from your garden, a local farm, or a farmer’s market, this is the ideal moment to begin canning, drying, and storing your bounty! As we step into the light of this powerful, Full Blue Supermoon in Aquarius, remember that this is a time for awakening, expanding, and aligning with a higher purpose. Intense emotions are associated with this work, so put your seatbelt on, Beloved.  Now is the time to embrace opportunities for transformation, both personal and collective, and allow the energies of this magical moon to guide you toward a more enlightened and empowered path. • Unleashing the Power of the Lion’s Gate Portal on 8.8.2024

The Lion’s Gate Portal, which opens annually around August 8th, is an astrological event with profound spiritual significance. This year, the portal peaks on 8/8/2024, an exceptionally powerful and magical alignment of all eights! What is the Lion’s Gate Portal? The Lion’s Gate Portal is a cosmic alignment that occurs when the Earth, the Sun, and the star Sirius align, creating a powerful influx of spiritual energy. This divine alignment opens a gateway of heightened vibration, allowing us to tap into a higher state of consciousness and manifest our desires with greater ease. During this period, Sirius, often called the “Spiritual Sun,” rises in the sky alongside the Sun in Leo, bringing with it an energy of illumination, transformation, and awakening . The Lion’s Gate is symbolized by the lion, representing courage, strength, and the ability to break through limitations. The date 8/8/2024 is especially potent due to the number 8’s inherent spiritual power. In numerology, the number 8 symbolizes abundance, power, and manifestation. It represents a cycle of infinity, reflecting limitless potential and the ability to achieve great things. The TRIPLE 8s enhance energy flow, making it an ideal time for setting intentions related to wealth, success, and personal growth. I release any fears or doubts about my financial future.  I am grateful for the abundance I have and the abundance on its way. Practices to infuse... 1. Picture yourself achieving them and feeling grateful as if they have already manifested. 2. Journaling : Write down your aspirations and goals, focusing on what you wish to manifest. You can use the affirmations above to reinforce your intentions, or download and use these prompts . 3. Vision Boards : Create a vision board with images and words that represent your desires. • July Full Buck Moon 2024

This week is full of celebrations and commemoration - wrapped in a harmonious blend of feminine and masculine energies! Today, July 20th, we celebrate National Moon Day, commemorating the historic lunar landing on July 20, 1969. This day reminds us of humanity's potential to reach for the stars and achieve the seemingly impossible. Take a moment to honor this achievement and reflect on your own aspirations and dreams. What will your next "one giant step" be? Then, tomorrow, 7/21, the Full Buck Moon is at her fullest at 3:17am PDT. This Moon draws her inspiration from the animal kingdom. During this time, male deer, or bucks, are at the peak of their antler growth. Native American tribes observed this phenomenon, which led to the naming of this powerful Full Moon. Bucks grow their antlers in preparation for the mating season, symbolizing strength, dominance, and growth. The Buck Moon is a time of abundant vitality in the natural world. Plant life flourishes, and wildlife, including deer, thrives, gathering essential resources for the months ahead. Traditional preservation techniques like smoking and drying meat were crucial for survival, making the Buck Moon a vital marker in the seasonal cycle. The Buck Moon’s energy embodies authority, ambition, and change. As you bask in the warmth of summer days, this Full Moon encourages you to harness your masculine energy to pursue your goals with determination and vigor. It symbolizes a time for setting ambitious long-term goals and embracing leadership roles in our personal and professional lives. This period invites us to strike a balance between productivity and relaxation. With longer daylight hours, there’s a natural inclination to accomplish more and progress significantly. However, the Buck Moon also reminds us of the importance of taking breaks, enjoying leisurely activities, and replenishing our energy amidst the hustle and bustle. It’s a gentle reminder that balance is key to a fulfilling spiritual journey. As we approach the midpoint of the calendar year, the Buck Moon serves as a checkpoint for reflecting on our achievements and recalibrating our ambitions. It’s a time to tap into our inner strength and resilience, aligning our actions with the natural rhythms of growth and renewal symbolized by the antlered bucks preparing for the challenges ahead. A Few Ritual Suggestions: 1: Refresh Your Sacred Spaces Creating spaces that inspire you to embrace your inner power and assertiveness is a lovely way to honor this lunar cycle. Use this energy to take charge of your life and make confident decisions. Use crystals, candles, colors, and symbols that represent your intentions. 2: Create Moon Water As with most Full Moons, it is an excellent time to charge all of your favorite baubles, crystals, and creative tools and brew a batch of Moon Water! Make sure your vessels are clear glass - no plastics for this one. In addition to water, I set out skincare, essential oils, favorite crystals, jewelry, and other baubles… I also set out creative tools I use, like my pens, journal, paints, glasses, and current favorite mug. Why charge water under the moonlight? The close connection between the moon and water allows for the infusion of lunar energy into the liquid. You can use your moonbeam water for various things, including ritual baths, crafting cocktails, and conducting dissolving rituals. To brew your own batch of moon-infused water, fill a container with filtered water, position it directly under the moonlight, speak an affirmation or prayer over it, and allow it to sit overnight in the moonlight. By the morning, the moon water will be ready… be sure to bring it inside before the sun comes up and store it in a dark, cool space. 3: Write It Out Reflect on your journey, goals, and the steps you need to take to achieve them... then journal your thoughts. The Buck Moon is an excellent time for deep introspection. Here are 5 prompts that weave together this Moon’s mood.  Reflect on a time when you demonstrated strength and determination in your life. How did it feel to harness your inner power? What goals or dreams are you currently pursuing that require this same ambition and vigor? Consider the areas in your life where you seek growth and renewal. What old habits or beliefs need to be shed to make room for new possibilities? Write about the steps you can take to cultivate this transformation. How do you currently balance productivity and relaxation in your daily life? Are there moments when you push yourself too hard or neglect self-care? Create a plan to harmonize these aspects, ensuring your drive and need for rest are honored. As we approach the midpoint of the calendar year, take a moment to reflect on your achievements so far. What milestones have you reached, and what challenges have you overcome? How can you recalibrate your ambitions for the rest of the year to align with your highest intentions? Think about the roles of leadership and authority in your life. In what areas are you called to step up and lead, personally or professionally? How can you embody the qualities of a compassionate and confident leader, inspiring others while staying true to yourself? 4. Plan a Mini-Vacation or Staycation Embrace the leisurely spirit of summer by planning a mini-vacation or staycation during the Buck Moon. Create a relaxing atmosphere at home with incense, soothing music, and indulgent treats. Take this time to unwind from daily stresses, recharge your energy, and reconnect with yourself. Whether exploring nearby attractions or simply lounging in your backyard, prioritize self-care and rejuvenation during this magical lunar phase. Lastly, Monday, 7/22, is Mary Magdalene's Feast Day! In 2016, Pope Francis elevated this “memorial” to a full feast day, making St. Mary Magdalene the only woman besides Mary, the Mother of Jesus, to have a feast day at this level in the Catholic Church. Mary Magdalene is the Patron Saint of Women and symbolizes divine feminine energy. Her feast day powerfully reminds us of women's strength, resilience, and spiritual depth. Honor the women in your life on this day and reflect on the qualities of compassion, courage, and wisdom that Mary Magdalene represents. Ways to Celebrate: - Prayer and Meditation: Spend time in prayer or meditation, seeking guidance and strength from Mary Magdalene. - Acts of Kindness: Perform acts of kindness in honor of Mary Magdalene’s legacy. Support and uplift the women around you. - Reflection: Reflect on your own journey and the ways in which you embody the qualities of Mary Magdalene. This week, allow the Moon's energy, the spirit of celebration, and Mary Magdalene's wisdom to guide you. Embrace a week of divine feminine and masculine energies in harmony! Pursue your dreams with determination and nurture your soul with love and care. Let this be a week of transformation, inner power, inspiration, and connection with these profound energies surrounding us. Wrapping You in Love + Light,

  • July New Moon 2024

The July New Moon is today; its effects will be felt and harnessed throughout the weekend ahead! As with every new moon, this sacred moment invites us to set our intentions and plant the seeds for our future. Yet, a Cancer New Moon holds a unique energy, resonating deeply with our emotions, memories, and the essence of feeling supported and nurtured. I encourage you to set aside time to journal this weekend. Before you grab your pen and notebook, take a moment to clear your energy and space. Light a candle or incense, and as the flame and smoke dance, repeat this mantra: “I bathe my sacred space in radiant light and tender loving energy. All heavy or negative energies are gently released and may no longer dwell here. My sanctuary is where energies dance in divine harmony. My sanctuary is a vessel for light and love. My sanctuary is cleansed. My sanctuary is clear.” Journal prompts to inspire you: Reflect on a cherished moment from the past that still whispers to my heart. What emotions does it awaken within me, and why? How can I create a safe and nurturing space for myself to explore my emotions during this lunar cycle? What dreams and aspirations do I hold for my future, especially those that nurture emotional fulfillment and security? Reflect on a recent change or transition in my life. How did I adapt to it, and what did you learn about yourself in the process? How can I safeguard my emotional well-being while remaining open-hearted and empathetic towards others? During this sacred new moon, how can I weave deeper bonds with my roots, embrace my ancestry, and nurture my family's connections? How can I deepen my sacred bond with inner wisdom and intuition during this introspective phase? Reflect on a recent, intuitive whisper or gut feeling. How did I honor it, and what unfolded as a result? How can I create a sanctuary of serenity within and around me, offering comfort and solace during times of emotional turbulence? How can I weave rituals and practices into my life that cradle me in self-nurturing and emotional well-being? Beloved, watch for and celebrate the transformations in your life! Wrapping you in love and light,

  • Summer Solstice + The Full Strawberry Moon

The Summer Solstice is today, 6/20/2024, at 1:50pm PT, and marks the longest day and shortest night of the year. It offers a powerful opportunity for reflection, celebration, and a deep connection with the rhythms of nature. As the Sun reaches its apex, it invites us to bask in its warmth, embrace our inner light, and honor the cycles of growth and renewal. The Full Strawberry Moon is tomorrow, 6/21, at 6:10pm PT, so celebrating these two celestial events together is the perfect way to spend the weekend ahead! Summer is the time of Yang energy, which represents light, fire, and divine masculine energy. Long, sunny days and hot weather reflect vibrant and full energy. The Summer Solstice is known as the day of “maximum Yang.” It marks the start of Summer and the season of doing and accomplishing. This is yet another way we humans do things backward. We have been taught to hustle and hurry and go go go in the winter months and chill out in the summer. Nature shows us that Summer is all about getting things done, working on projects, and nurturing the seeds we planted in Spring so we can reap an abundant harvest in the Fall.  The Summer Solstice celebrates the Sun, life, and abundance. It symbolizes the peak of light and the fullness of life, encouraging us to embrace our fullest potential and shine our brightest. Spiritually, it is a time to: Celebrate Growth and Abundance:  Reflect on your personal growth, the goals you have achieved, and the abundance that surrounds you. This is a time to acknowledge your hard work and the fruits it has borne. Connect with Inner Light:  The solstice invites us to recognize and honor our inner light. It’s a moment to reflect on our spiritual journey, our inner wisdom, and the unique gifts we bring to the world. Release and Renew:  Just as the Sun will begin its descent after the solstice, this is a time to release what no longer serves us and make space for new intentions and growth. Summer Solstice + Full Strawberry Moon Ceremony Ideas Bonfires: Lighting bonfires is a widespread tradition, symbolizing the Sun's power and ensuring a good harvest. If you don’t have the ability to build a bonfire, a small fire in your firepit or even lighting a candle with these intentions in mind will do! Sunrise Gatherings: People gather at sacred sites like Stonehenge to watch the sunrise, marking the longest day of the year. Visit your favorite sacred space this weekend and watch the sunrise! Flower Crowns: Wearing flower crowns and decorating homes with flowers to honor nature and fertility. Picking Berries: Go for a walk and pick some wild raspberries, blackberries, marionberries, or whatever berry grows in your area. If you don’t have access to picking them yourself, go to a Farmer’s Market this weekend and grab some locally grown. Don’t forget the strawberries to celebrate the Full Strawberry Moon, too. Feasting: Bring your loved ones together to share a meal and incorporate fresh vegetables and locally sourced food. Water Rituals: Some cultures include rituals involving water, such as bathing or floating candles on rivers, to invoke purification and renewal. I will be weaving this into my Full Moon ceremony this weekend to honor both celebrations! Creating a sacred space for your Summer Solstice + Full Strawberry Moon ceremony can amplify the spiritual energy of this auspicious day. Consider incorporating the following elements in your celebration: Crystals : Utilize crystals that resonate with the Sun's energy, such as Citrine, Sunstone, and Clear Quartz. These stones can help amplify your intentions, bring clarity, and enhance personal power. Colors : Decorate your space with colors that evoke the Sun and its energy. Gold, yellow, and orange are powerful choices, symbolizing vitality, joy, and enlightenment. Nature Elements : Incorporate fresh greenery in your home to honor the earth’s abundance. Add a bowl of water or seashells can represent the balancing element of water. Don’t forget flowers, especially Sunflowers - my personal favorite and the August (birthday month) flower! Candles and Incense : Light candles to symbolize the Sun’s light and burn incense like frankincense or sandalwood to purify your space and elevate your spirit. Journal Prompts for Reflection Journaling during the Summer Solstice can provide deep insights and help you align with the season's energy. Here are some prompts to guide your reflections: What personal growth have I experienced since the last solstice?  What unique gifts do I bring to the world, and how can I share them more fully? What old patterns, beliefs, or habits am I ready to release?  What goals set in January have been accomplished and need to be celebrated?  Which goals need to be released?  What new intentions or goals do I want to set for the second half of the year? In what areas of my life do I feel abundant?  How can I cultivate a greater sense of gratitude and abundance daily? Consider freshening up your daily rituals. Remember, a ritual is simply a habit made sacred… an everyday action done with intention and with a higher purpose . Incorporating mantras/affirmations into your celebration can help focus your mind and align your spirit with the season's energy. Here are some powerful mantras to weave in: "I am a radiant being of light, shining my brightest." "I celebrate my growth and the abundance in my life." "I release what no longer serves me and welcome new beginnings." "I honor the cycles of Nature and my own inner cycles." You know my love of Goddess Studies, so a few powerful women I encourage you to explore this month… Amaterasu : The Shinto Sun goddess of Japan, known for her bright and life-giving light. Sol (Sunna) : The Norse goddess who personifies the Sun, driving her chariot across the sky. Aine : ( Awe-n-ya - all run together) An Irish goddess of summer, wealth, and sovereignty. Sekhmet : The Egyptian lioness goddess associated with the scorching heat of the sun.  This year, I added Sekhmet, a Lioness Goddess, to my pantheon to support my 2024 Word: ROARING.  Sekhmet is an ancient Egyptian goddess associated with the Sun, war, and healing. She is often depicted as a lioness or a woman with a lioness head, symbolizing her fierce and powerful nature. She was also revered for her ability to bring disease and plague, as well as to cure them, reflecting her dual nature. Beloved, the Summer Solstice paired with the Full Strawberry Moon is a sacred time to step into your power, honor your journey, and celebrate the light within and around you. As you gather in your sacred spaces, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the warmth of the Sun, allow yourself to embrace this powerful day's energy fully. May this solstice bring you clarity, joy, and a renewed sense of purpose on your spiritual path. May your light shine brightly and your heart be full of the Sun's warmth. • June New Moon 2024

It’s a New Moon Day, which means the next few days will be filled with intention-setting, goddess bath rituals, and meditation. Every New Moon offers new beginnings and a chance to look at things differently. This moon brings fresh energy and is perfect for initiating projects, learning new things, and making exciting social connections. It is also a marvelous time to set intentions and to manifest. Limitless opportunities are likely swirling because you feel more open to new things. Are you willing to open your mind to the possibilities? New Moon energy always inspires me to create a Goddess Bath for myself. My Goddess Bath rituals are intimate, spiritual baths that I weave together with ceremonies using special herbs, flowers, essential oils, light, and prayerful intentions. Bathing in this manner on and near the New Moon is a symbolic act of cleansing the body, mind, soul, and spirit of anything you are ready to release and preparing yourself to manifest opportunities in the month ahead. These bathing rituals are luscious and luxurious and should be experienced at a slower pace than usual. Depending on your desired intention and ingredients, they will assist you in feeling more confident, peaceful, exhilarated, focused, etc. My 13 divinely feminine steps to preparing a Goddess New Moon Bathing Ritual: 1. Clean the tub and surrounding areas. Starting with a fresh space is key to fully relaxing and savoring the experience. While you are clearing this space, begin thinking about the feeling you want to feel more of in the month ahead. 2. Make sure to have a freshly washed and dried robe and warm towels to make it extra special when you get out of the bath. 3. Choose your mood-setting music. I have a few playlists prepared for these occasions and highly recommend you do the same. Here is a New Moon Meditation option to inspire you. 4: Prepare your post-soak meditation space. I gather my yoga mat with pillows, extra towels, and a soft sheet to keep my space cool. The temps are high right now, so I also have a fan on to keep the space comfortable. 5: Assemble your post-soak tray with your special candles, incense, palo santo, essential oils, flowers and/or flower petals, and any other special items you use when you meditate. Choose crystals supporting the feelings you want in this new Lunar Cycle. Be sure to include a big glass of ice water or a lovely herbal/peppermint tea to keep you hydrated. 6. Gather what you will need while you are soaking: your journal, pen, candles for around the tub, fresh flowers/petals, music, bubble bath, salts, and any of the essential oils you choose to support the feelings you are seeking to manifest. 7. While you are filling your tub with water, breathe deeply - in and out. Add in your favorite bubble bath and slowly start lighting the candles around the tub. Play a singing bowl and soak in the sounds if you have one. If you have any charged Moon Water, now is a wonderful time to add it to your bathwater. As you gently stir the bubbly water in a clockwise motion to mix it all together, recite this: I am divinely protected at this moment. As I set my intentions, my Soul is making room for all that is to come. I boldly own my own magic and light. I release the need for external validation and will let myself shine brightly. I honor the purpose residing in me and I am open to receiving love, joy, and abundance. 8: When the bath is ready, disrobe slowly and hang or lay your robe aside with intention. 9: While you are soaking in the bath, think of things you are ready to release, something that has served its purpose and you are ready to let go. You want this ritual to wash away any thoughts or feelings that don’t serve your intention. If you are comfortable putting your head under the water, do a full plunge for a personal baptism moment to seal the cleansing ceremony. 10: When you’re ready, grab your journal and write out your intentions for the month ahead. Use first-person language - as you are claiming they have already happened! Scribe out as many details as you’d like, including the gratitude you feel for the blessings in your life. 11: Stay in the tub as you let the water drain. Repeat this until the water is completely gone. I release all that no longer serves my soul’s calling or growth I wash it away so that I may start anew With a renewed focus on embracing peace in this process. I look forward to the possibilities. In perfect time In perfect alignment And so it is. As the last drops leave the tub - end it with Amen. Aho. Blessed Be. (Or whatever your favorite closing to prayer is!) When you are ready to exit the bathtub, grab your towel and wrap it around you. Do not rub your body dry, rather let your skin air dry while you are relaxing in your prepared post-soak meditation space. Rest in this sacred space with the music and candlelight as long as you’d like - meditating on the intentions you set while soaking. 12: Take the time to nourish your skin now. Coconut oil is my favorite ingredient for this part of the ceremony. I'll be adding in a little Pink Pepper, Rose, and Vanilla essential oil. This is a delicious part of the self-love ritual, so be sure to savor each body part. As you rub in the oil, thank your body for her strength, grace, and love - even in those moments, you were not loving to her. She deserves your attention and is grateful for it. 13: When you are ready, slip into your goddess gown or robe and reflect on the inspiration and insight that came to you during your ritual. Goddess Sister, I pray you are able to find sacred time to bless yourself with this ritual. xxoo, ps. As always, please be sure to extinguish all of the candles before you fall asleep! This Full Flower Moon Meditation Playlist  is a great option. T hink about all of the things you want t o RE LEASE. It helps to write myself a letter or journal them out before putting them on paper str ips. Here are a few prompts to help you:     One thing that’s been holding me back lately is…     I find myself playing small when…     I feel anxious about…     People I want to forgive and release from my life… Write each one out on its own strip of paper or leaf, and then, as you burn it, read it aloud and say, “I choose to release ___________ now.” Drop it in the bowl of water. It doesn’t need to burn all the way before you place it in the water. Once you have released each one, say this out loud: “I rejoice in releasing all that no longer serves me or my highest purpose. I lovingly let go of all people, places, and things that prevent me from being true to myself and make room for things that will serve me and my highest purpose. And so it is. Amen” Then, take some time to sit or lie down and listen to the entire meditation playlist. After you have completed this ceremony, you may feel heavy. Soak in a hot, salty bath or take a steamy shower and use a salt scrub to wash all of the residual energy away and pull out those toxins from your body. Crawl into bed and enjoy a calming, deep sleep. Beloved, I pray this ceremony helps you easily and gracefully release the past so you are free for all that is possible now. • May New Moon 2024

Hello, Beloved. Happy May New Moon Day! I love this time of year. The greens are electric, the buds are bursting, and birds are singing… Spring is in FULL EFFECT. There is a beautiful flow of Divine energy. It is time to plant seeds and set divine intentions for the month ahead. Here are things you can do to soak in the magic of the New Moon energy. 1: Ground Yourself Take a walk. Spend time in your garden. Walk barefoot in the forest. Build a stone cairn. Watch the wildlife in your yard. Enjoy a picnic lunch. Create art with nature using leaves, rocks, twigs... you get the idea! 2: Sprinkle Beauty Around Your World Whether redecorating one room in your home or adding fresh plants or flowers to brighten up a special corner, invest time this month in adding beauty around you. 3: Take Pleasure in the Little Things Create a healthy meal. Rub your dog or cat’s belly. Give yourself a facial. Ask your lover to brush your hair or rub your feet… and ask what would bring them pleasure. 4: Speak Delicious Words Over Yourself "I joyfully align my energies, anchoring myself firmly in the center of my being. I savor the divine love and light surrounding me. I embody grace. May all that no longer serves me be cleared and cleansed away. May I feel weightless and empowered by this purification. I am securely grounded and boundlessly free to rise. Within me, only love resides." 5: Support Your Intentions Through Journaling What does my heart truly desire? What does my soul need to move forward? What practices can I do to cultivate and create a beautiful inner world for myself? What boundaries am I setting to support my growth and well-being? What emotions and thought patterns do I want to release? I am setting the intention to _________________________. After you answer these questions, free flow the intentions you'd like to set for the month ahead to help you focus and honor them. Want to write but not in the mood for traditional journaling? Write a letter to all of your beautiful dreams, desires, and manifestations welcoming them into your life! Wrapping you in love and light,

  • April Full Pink Moon 2024

April’s Full Pink Moon will be at her fullest at 4:39pm PT on 4/23/24. The Pink Moon gets her name from the beautiful blush shades of pink moss—wild ground phlox—that adorns the earth during this sacred time… not the color of the Moon herself. This tradition of naming finds its origins in the reverence of the land and the cycles of nature, echoing back to a time when wisdom was shared through Native American and colonial American traditions. When sacred rituals and ceremonies were front and center in our daily lives. This Full Pink Moon is in Scorpio, making it an exceptional time of transformation, introspection, and shedding what no longer serves you. Here are a couple of my favorite ceremonies to help you honor this Full Moon. Moon Bathing:  1: Find a serene spot (ideally outdoors) where you can comfortably bask in the moonlight.  2: Light some incense or palo santo to clear the energy and add a delicious scent to the air. 3: Allow the moon's gentle glow to envelop you as you meditate and reflect on areas of your life where you seek transformation.  4: Visualize releasing what no longer serves you and inviting in new energy and intentions. 5: Journal about your experience. Want to add another luscious layer? Add in some gentle, flowing movements under the moonlight like yoga or dancing. Allow the rhythm of your breath and the natural cycles of the moon to guide you. Focus on releasing tension, cultivating inner peace, and inviting transformation into your body and spirit. Release Ceremony:  1: Create a sacred space by lighting candles (pink or red are ideal), burning incense (w/ rose, patchouli, or basil notes), crystals (Clear Quartz, Tourmaline, Rose Quartz.), and pink flowers to set the mood.  2: Write down any negative thoughts, habits, or emotions on small pieces of paper. 3: Read each one out loud and then burn them in a fireproof container as a symbolic gesture of releasing them into the universe.  4: Journal about your experience. A divinely enchanted poem to recite: Sacred Pink Moon, shine bright, Illuminate my path with your light; Ignite within me flames of change, As I release what no longer serves, rearrange. With each flicker of the flame, I let go of what I cannot claim; Transforming shadows into light, Guided by wisdom in the night. With unlimited grace, I now decree, This burning ceremony sets me free; As ashes fall, my Spirit soars, Embracing renewal forevermore. Here are some journal prompts to inspire you: What aspects of my life no longer align with who I am becoming? What habits or behaviors no longer serve my highest good? What expectations or pressures am I ready to release myself from? What boundaries do I need to set to protect my energy and well-being? What clutter, physical or mental, am I ready to clear from my life? What new intentions or affirmations do I want to set as I release the old? These prompts will help guide introspection and self-discovery, paving the way for a meaningful and transformative burning or release ceremony. It is a divine time to fill your vessels with water and charge them with magical moonbeams! I love using this Moon Water when watering my plants. Don't forget to charge your baubles, books, pens, specs, crystal, and whatever else calls you to bask in the moonlight... Enjoy your Full Moon celebrations, Beloved! • March Full Crow Moon 2024

The Full Crow Moon peaks at 12am PT on Monday, March 25th. It is the first Full Moon of Spring magnificently paired with a Lunar Eclipse. A Lunar Eclipse over a Full Moon can bring about major transformations as it enhances the energy of new beginnings, causing you to release bigger and more significant things than you would during a typical Full Moon. If you have unresolved issues or relationships in crisis, you may feel those feelings even deeper. The spiritual meaning of this moon is a subtle yet powerful reminder of the early stirrings of life. The Moon's fertile energy acts like a powerful boost for growth - Nature's and ours. It helps us nurture our dreams and ambitions with fresh energy and excitement. I feel this energy more every day. How about you? The Crow Moon also reminds us to open up to receiving the abundance from our intentions and actions over the last 28 days. Take some time to gather your beloved tools for your sacred rituals. Bring your candles, incense, and crystals. I have chosen Rose Quartz (love and harmony), Labradorite (boundaries), Amethyst (clarity and peace), Moonstone (calm, balance, and intuition), and Yellow Opal (emotional stability, growth, and energy). As you create your space, repeat this mantra: “I fill my sacred space with love and light. I call in balance, peace, and harmony.” (feel free to replace these three words with what you want to call in...) Once your space is cleared and ready, I encourage you to lie down and c lose your eyes. Imagine a beautiful golden circle of light starting at your feet and moving up your body. Pause and ask yourself if subtle shifts are occurring within you that need your attention. Do you feel tension in certain areas? What areas feel good right now? Before proceeding with the prompts below, set aside a moment to reflect on what arose for you during this introspective process. Journal Prompts: What abundance did I receive from my intentions and actions over the last 28 days? How will I celebrate over the next week? Who are the people who will join me in celebrating? Where and with whom is my intuition telling me to set boundaries? What am I letting go and why am I comfortable releasing it? What sacred work and energy can I do NOW to help out my future self? It’s time to plant seeds (physical and metaphorical) you can harvest and reap the rewards of later this year. What do you want those seeds and rewards to be? Let's honor this cycle of reflection and reinvention in this sacred space of sisterhood. Let's collectively embrace the pure energy of our emotions and honor our truths. Let's learn what we can from our experiences. Let's vow to heal the wounds created by this cycle. Let's release those seeking to hold us back and share time with those who support and inspire our growth. May this time of quiet contemplation and connection empower you to embrace your inner light and navigate the journey ahead with grace, love, and resilience. The Wind Strong Moon (Pueblo) refers to th e strong, windy days that come at this time of year.  The Sore Eyes Moon (Dakota, Lakota, Assiniboine) highlights the blinding rays of sunlight reflecting off the late winter's melting snow.  The Paschal Moon —In Christianity, this Moon is known as the Lenten Moon  if it is the last full Moon of the winter season (i.e., if it occurs before the spring equinox) or as the Paschal Full Moon if it is the first full Moon of spring (i.e., if it occurs after the spring equinox).

Never miss a magical moment...

Welcome to our circle!
