March New Moon 2024

Updated: Mar 10

I love the journey of harnessing the power of the moon's divine phases… Today is a New Moon, meaning the next few days offer the perfect time to reflect, clear your mind, and design your plans for the upcoming weeks.

Here are four ways to embrace and honor the energy this week:

1: Renew Your Mind

What we focus on flourishes. We spend time organizing drawers and closets - clearing out our physical spaces to create space to rest and grow in peace. This week, invest some time in renewing your mind. If you don’t already have a sacred space to meditate - grab a tray, put a beautiful piece of fabric or lace from your Grammy, add a candle or some incense, and your favorite crystals (my favorites for this cycle are Amethyst and Aquamarine), and a bell or singing bowl to help set your intention and signify when your sacred time begins. Creating your space is a beautiful gift to give yourself.

2: Trust Your Intuition

Listening to and trusting your intuition is a sacred practice. This divine whisper within your soul guides you on your path. Create moments of stillness to listen to the gentle nudges to honor your intuition and embrace the sacredness of your inner knowing. By honoring your intuition, you align yourself with the divine flow of our Creator, paving the way for greater clarity, purpose, and fulfillment on your journey.

3: Only Give Your Holiest Yes

Practice saying yes only to the holiest, most aligned opportunities for the next week. Once you feel the high of honoring yourself, I dare you to keep it going! One of my favorite filters to use when deciding if it is a holy hell yes or a crystal clear no is my list of core values. If an opportunity does not honor my values, it immediately makes it to the NO list. Joyfully look at your calendar and only keep the Holy Hell Yess events... and ditch as much senseless hustle from your schedule as possible!

4: Honor Your Emotions

With everything happening on our planet right now, it can sometimes feel difficult simply getting out of bed. If you need a good cry - run a hot bath, light some candles, and let it out. If you’re ready for a good belly laugh - surround yourself with what brings you joy. For me, animal videos always cheer me up… especially jumping baby goats in pajamas or different animal species loving one another - like this kitty getting a massage from a raccoon!

Beloved, once you have had a chance to renew your mind, create room for your holy yes events, and honor your intuition and emotions - take a few deep breaths, put on your coziest goddess gown, grab your journal, reflect, and write out a few things you would like to accomplish over the next 4 weeks!

Introspective Journal Prompts:

  1. How can I ensure that I take enough time for rest and relaxation?

  2. How will I calm and relax myself if I start feeling too stressed?

  3. What emotions am I experiencing right now?

  4. What thoughts and emotions come to me as I consider starting something new?

  5. Where should I establish boundaries to protect my emotional well-being? (This is where the holy hell yes comes into play!)

  6. How can I trust and follow my instincts as I move into the days and weeks ahead?

  7. Am I absorbing the emotions of others?

  8. How can I use my ability to understand others' feelings to support those close to me?

I will use this New Moon before my new project launches as a divine moment to plant divinely intentional seeds of clarity of vision, magnetic connections, peace in the process, and joy in the outcome.

If you created a playlist to support you in honoring your guiding word of the year - now is an excellent time to listen to it. Here is my ROAR in 24 playlist. Scroll down to listen to "New Moon" by Fia. This track is on repeat today...
