  • October Full Hunter Moon

Shrouded in a lunar eclipse and mystery… This Full Hunter Moon in Taurus is at Her fullest at 1:24pm PT on October 28, 2023. I will be soaking in the moonbeams here in Northern Ireland - if She shows herself. The October Full Moon traditionally marks a time for hunting and gathering in preparation for the winter months ahead. It's a time to store food and make provisions for the colder days. I am encouraging you to step beyond your norm, discover your fullest potential, and dance in the discomfort! See this as a significant period for introspection. Take time to reflect, forgive, release, and take action to pursue your dreams. Then, add the Lunar eclipse. They emphasize the conclusion of emotional cycles, urging us to release attachments that no longer benefit us or serve our highest purpose. They usher in events aligned with our spiritual journey, often involving change we can choose to step into confidently. Many cultures have their own rituals and traditions associated with the Hunter Full Moon phase. Many believe the Veil between this world and the other more mysterious lands of ancestors and spiritual beings of all kinds is thin and contact is easier during this time period. Here are some ways to honor this Full Moon: 1: Connect with your ancestors to change or deepen your relationships with them. Design a lovely space with flowers, their favorite snack, write a letter or poem, etc - include a photo of them (with you - if you have one!), as well. 2: Clear the clutter in preparation for the hygge living ahead! Schedule time to take care of chores that have been postponed. One drawer at a time… 3: Warm yourself from the inside out. Brew and sip your favorite Peppermint or Elderberry tea. 4: CAN CAN CAN it! Make jams or can extra fruits and veggies. This is a divine act your ancestors likely engaged in, too! 5: Ready to call in abundance? Grab your Citrine crystal and repeat these intentions/prayers: "I am abundantly creative. My life is overflowing with joy." "I easily attract what I need. I embrace my success & confidence.” “I am a magnificent magnet for money.” Beloved, I will be holding sacred space for you as you soak in the beams wherever you are. If you feel moved, please let me know how you decided to honor the Full Moon… Wrapping you in love and light, ps. Want to sprinkle in some music? Check out my ever-growing playlist ! • Reclaiming Friday the 13th * October New Moon + Solar Eclipse

The next few days are FILLED with divine feminine energy. Today is Friday the 13th, and this weekend is the October New Moon and a Solar Eclipse! Let's start with Friday the 13th. Friday the 13th is a day that is traditionally feared. It involves spooky black cats, avoiding ladders, men in hockey masks killing dingbat campers, etc. These things never scared me, and the gore does not entertain me. Triskaidekaphobia is the actual fear of the number 13, and it is often associated with Friday the 13th. People avoid using the number 13 in various situations, such as avoiding the 13th floor in buildings or not having 13 guests at a dinner party. Actually, I love black cats - especially those with green eyes. I feel blessed when I see them. I even have a statue of one under my desk that belonged to my Grandma... Tempest keeps me company while I create. :) Some fun facts: 🔥 Did you know that Friday the 13th was considered the day to honor Feminine Energy prior to patriarchal times? It was a day when women honored the goddess that lives in them. Ceremonies were held to honor the powerful cycles of creation, death, and rebirth. Many (including me) have reclaimed the origins of this day and celebrate it as a very powerful day to manifest, celebrate beauty and creativity, honor wisdom, and invest time nurturing the Soul. 🔥 Did you know Friday has long been associated with Venus? She’s a divine archetype for all things feminine, sensual, and creative. 🔥 Did you know the name Friday comes from Old English and literally means 'day of Frigg'? Frigg is the Norse goddess of love, fertility, and motherhood. She is often seen as the same being as Freya, the goddess of beauty, fertility, sex, and war. So many divinely feminine connections here... 🔥 Then there is 13 - a divinely feminine number. Why? In part, it is the number of moon cycles each year, and our menstrual cycles flow with those 13 moon cycles. The moon itself represents feminine energy and is connected to and can have a pull on the emotions and sensitivities of humanity. It is also an extremely powerful time of death and rebirth as it represents that mid-point in the cycle between something new emerging and something old slipping away. As with many SACRED feminine ceremonies, rituals, and cycles - when society switched from matriarchal to patriarchal - these sacred things were no longer honored or respected. Even the divine cycle of women was made “impure and unclean” and something they were forced to hide. Our feminine nature and ways were now feared because they were unknown. The masculine energy in our leaders jumbled those letters, and sacred became SCARED. Below is a lovely evening ritual I encourage you to create in your home this weekend. Next, let's talk about the Solar Eclipse New Moon on October 14th. It will be a "ring of fire" eclipse and the first U.S. location to experience the eclipse's annular "ring of fire" stage will be the Pacific Northwest at 9:13 am PT. A solar eclipse is not ideal for my lunar ceremonies because the energy is unpredictable. Since a formidable shadow conceals celestial radiance, I wouldn't advise putting your crystals and baubles out. In short - don't soak the chaos into your world, Beloved. A 13-step ritual to revel in this weekend: 1: Set the mood by finding a quiet, cozy place. Your bedroom or other sacred space would be ideal. 2: Brew yourself a cup or small pot of tea and use your favorite teacup. If you have one from your female ancestors, use it. 3: Light a few candles. Use matches if you have them, and pay attention to the sound of the strike. 4: Choose and apply essential oils to your wrists and neck or burn incense infused with herbs or plants traditionally associated with Venus, like Rose, Jasmine, or Vanilla - mix in Cypress, Myrrh, or Sandalwood to honor nature! 5: Grab your journal and yoga mat (or lay out a blanket), then sit down, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Feel the coolness of the inhale and the heat of the exhale. Quiet your mind and simply BE. Listen to your internal voice; when you identify self-limiting or negative thoughts, write them down and bid them farewell. Documenting your current emotions and experiences in your journal can help bring clarity and redirect your focus, offering valuable insights. You can do a burning ceremony - if you wish. I shared this process in this post. 6: Write down positive affirmations and divine declarations, like, “I am love” and “I am abundance." that help you REPLACE those negative thoughts you are releasing. Here are a few on replay for me: I am walking into the healthiest, wealthiest, most joyful version of myself I have ever seen. Everything I desire is coming to me because everything I desire is already in me. Everything is always working out for me. 7: Grab a pad of sticky notes or a dry-erase pen, add the affirmations to your bathroom mirror, and create a recurring calendar appointment to hold them in the notes so you can revisit each morning/evening. Surrounding yourself with these words will help you attract the energy and abundance you seek by focusing on being Love. 8: The next step is practicing self-love and self-care. Pull your hair back and soak into your nightly skincare routine. Slow down and really appreciate how good that warm washcloth feels and how delicious the moisturizer feels as you massage your face with it. I love using Frankincense on my skin... it nourishes it and smells so divine! 9: Repeat those affirmations on your mirror as you look deep into your eyes and smile at your reflection. Let the words flow into, over, and through you. 10: Now, grab your coconut oil (or fave lotion) and give your whole body some extra love... add in some lavender oil and end by concentrating on your feet. If you have a lover, bring them into this part of the ritual - if you wish. 11: Head back to your yoga mat, sit tall, and breathe in and out - repeating your affirmations. 12: Crawl under the covers, pull out your journal, and pen any additional thoughts or affirmations that came to mind during your meditation moments. 13: Snuggle in and sleep well tonight! Enjoy implementing this lovely new ritual and reclaiming the Divine Feminine! • Full Harvest Supermoon 2023

The Full Harvest Supermoon will reach peak illumination around 2:58am PT on Friday, 9/29. It is expected to put on quite the show and will appear entirely illuminated through Saturday morning! The spiritual meaning woven into this month’s Full Moon honors balance and abundance. The Harvest Moon is a time to honor and appreciate our homes, reconnect with our Creator, and reflect and focus on all we are grateful for - in this moment. It encourages us to think about what we’ve achieved internally and externally - and then focus on releasing what no longer serves our highest Calling or Divine Purpose. This call becomes even louder as we step gently into the changing of seasons. I’m so excited to prepare my sweaters, scarves, and berets for the cooler months ahead - how about you? This month’s Full Moon is also a wonderful time to realign with our Spirit, Soul, and Self… to settle us into a much slower pace and rhythm. Essentially, the September Harvest Full Supermoon is inspiring us to balance the outside world with what’s inside us. It is the perfect time to recognize and honor the exhilaration of achieving our goals and embracing change when those goals shift. Here are some of my favorite journal prompts and activities to honor and celebrate this season… 1: What would I like to complete before the cold and darkness of winter arrives? 2: How do I want to celebrate Autumn this year? Ideas to get you started: Take photos on your favorite tree-lined street when the leaves change colors Collect leaves in the colors of the rainbow and frame them Gather fallen bark or leaves to write your intentions on in the months ahead Create a beautiful tablescape or fill a bowl with items found in nature (pix below!) Learn a new soup recipe or how to make your own pumpkin spiced lattes at home Fill your herb garden with parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme, so you have fresh herbs for Thanksgiving 3: What accomplishments, skills, and creative endeavors do I want to bring with me into the Autumn season? Ideas to get you started: Learn or do something new! Try new pumpkin carving techniques Level up your Halloween decorations Take a MasterClass on a new topic Learn the magical healing properties of the herbs you’re growing 4: What bad habits, regrets, and negative thoughts will you release? (Beloved, it is okay to let go.) Activity: A burning ceremony! Details on how to prepare your own ritual are in this post . An added prayer to repeat this during the ritual: “I release the thoughts that no longer serve me or help me in reaching my highest potential. I call in abundance and positivity for this new month ahead.” A final bonus! One of my favorite things to create is an Autumn mantra to repeat on my nature walks. Here are a couple of examples: “Be still enough to notice, quiet enough to listen, and open enough to receive." "Listen more, sing louder, walk softly, hold closer, kiss longer... and make value-aligned decisions.” If you decide to write one, I would love to hear it... • September New Moon 2023

This month's New Moon focuses on our intentions and reminds us that anything worth doing is worth doing well. It is a time to let go of self-doubt, perfectionism, and self-criticism as we step into our potential. As I step into a new decade, I feel a calling to find a balance between accepting myself as I am and the excitement of transforming into the next best version of myself. I believe the first step in accepting ourselves is letting go of the outrageous expectations we require to “earn” the love/respect of others. It is about looking inward. Far too often, we hold ourselves to an impossible standard… and through our shadow work, many of us have found it is connected to the internalized patriarchy we carry. Let it go. Instead of falling prey to shame, embarrassment, self-doubt, and should-ing all over ourselves - this New Moon reminds us to CLAIM OUR SOVEREIGNTY. Instead of journal prompts this month, I want to encourage you to write yourself a love letter. Shower yourself with compassion, shake off the shame of your unmet, unrealistic expectations, and embrace deep self-acceptance and appreciation despite any experiences that may have caused you pain, shame, or unworthiness. Remind yourself of the boundaries that are important to you and how you plan to honor them. Take this opportunity to heal your inner child, accept you are worthy, and step into a season of being PROUD of yourself! End your ceremony with setting intentions for the month ahead. • The Magical Blue Supermoon * August 2023

It’s finally here! The first Blue Moon in two years occurs today, August 30, 2023, at 6:35p PT. A Blue Moon is when two full moons occur within a calendar month OR seasonal cycle. Check out this article on The Farmer’s Almanac website for more info. Since they only occur about every two to three years, they’re considered a rare and magical event. The Blue Moon spiritual meaning in 2023 is extra special because it’s also a Supermoon. We won't see another one until 2037! A Blue Moon is a chance to connect with your feelings, spread kindness, and shine your bright a bit brighter, just like our beloved Moon. This Blue Moon's spiritual side is divinely woven with our thoughts, dreams, and feelings. Those BIG dreams that we can barely even imagine and often feel unworthy of. This month, my intuition is electric. Visions of a bright, brilliant future are becoming clearer. My focus for this Full Moon is staying open to divine inspiration and taking steps towards crafting the life I want in this next new season. There will also be an element of releasing what no longer serves this vision and a reclaiming of freedom. All in all, this Blue Supermoon feels like a mystical, magical mirror reflecting and expanding the visions swirling in my heart, mind, and spirit… and I am HERE FOR IT! The three steps to weave into this month's ceremony time are: Checking in with yourself and your goals. Invest time and journal your thoughts and emotions about the future and how you would like the next four months to feel and look. Finish with a gentle cleaning ritual. Start with this short prayer/statement: “May all that no longer supports my highest purpose and visions be released now. I let go of the limiting goals, thoughts, people, and patterns preventing my growth. I call my power back from all times and all places and refocus it for the good of all and the harm of none. I wholeheartedly and purposefully set these intentions. Amen. Aho. And so it is." Here are journal prompts to get you started: Which of my goals have I achieved? How did I celebrate the achievements? Which of my goals no longer fits my visions or dreams - and is calling to be released? What goals am I ready to write down and go after? Before going on, meditate on each of the goals you are taking with you into tomorrow. What resources will I need to bring these visions to life? Dream BIG here. Don’t let those limiting beliefs creep back in and keep you small. What soul-care activities will I schedule to make sure my energies are balanced and my thoughts are clear and held high? If you are feeling moved to do more writing, don’t stop. Keep going. Freestyle journal for a bit longer. Of course, ending quiet time by soaking in a beautiful bubble bath for the cleansing aspects is always in order. :) This month, add in some intentional aromatherapy practices. You can add essential oils to the water, diffuse them, or choose scented candles to help clear out stress and negativity. Want some inspiration? Here are the ones I will use to support my desire to welcome serenity, balance, and focus into my days ahead. Lavender is well known to help soothe the mind and balance the body. It also helps to clear away negative energy and create a sense of spiritual balance. It also has a sedative effect and may help with sleep troubles. Eucalyptus is known for its healing properties and is often used to reduce inflammation, boost the immune system, and promote emotional balance. It also helps to clear away negative energy and promote feelings of calmness and clarity. This is a great option if you are not a bathlete and prefer to do your cleansing rituals in the shower. Clary Sage is another favorite of mine. It helps to address stress and can have a positive effect on cortisol, the stress hormone. Frankincense’s woodsy aroma leaves me feeling calm, collected, and centered. In addition to adding this to my bath water, I add a dab to my pulse points at the start of my ceremony. Before you end your sacred soul session, pamper yourself and your skin with a self-massage using the divinely feminine Rose Oil. Not only does Rose Oil help to reduce stress and anxiety - but blood pressure, heart rate, breathing rate, and cortisol levels are known to decrease after it is applied. May you find time to honor yourself under this magical Blue Moon and her mystical energies! • Lion's Gate 8/8

Each year on August 8, we're given a potent opportunity to manifest, thanks to the opening of the Lion's Gate portal. Curious to learn more? The name comes from the idea that this alignment creates a "portal" for manifestations to take place, with "lion" coming from the sun in Leo. The Lion's Gate portal occurs during Leo season, specifically around the peak of Leo season, amplifying the themes of this sign. Being a Leo myself - it brings me so much joy to celebrate this day! In numerology, 8 is a significant number representing harmony and infinity. As a double number, 88 means you are moving toward change. This is a time to accept necessary endings so you can be fully open to receiving new opportunities. Now is the time to focus on what you want to have or be and put it out into the Universe. Think big because Leo never does anything small. Whether you're trying to welcome abundance into your life, launch something new, or desire to become a better version of yourself, this is your time to set those intentions. I am in Vegas at a conference, so I will do a more intense ceremony when I get home. For now, I am reflecting on these journal prompts. I invite you to join me... I will leave you with this poem: Call of the Wild Woman Be a wild woman, set yourself free, from the constraints of culture and the patriarchy. Be a wild woman, howl at the moon, dance naked round the fire, listen to the wisdom of the womb. Be a wild woman, swim in the open sea, sing like a mermaid, wail like a banshee. When you're standing in your power, shining in your light, you're (not too much, you're not too bright. Release the lies that you were told, the stories you were sold, the examples you were set, the standards you never met. Be a wild woman, speak to Mother Earth, run with the wolves, be in tune with nature's rebirth. Be a wild woman, break every rule, use your voice, speak the truth, your soul's greatest tool. Be a wild woman, a witch, a goddess, a sisterhood of divinity. Be a wild woman, come and join me. Release self-loathing, judgement and blaming. No more hiding, comparing, competing or shaming. Step away from conditioning designed to keep you silent and keep you small, Now is the time to answer this call. Be a wild woman, set yourself free. Proclaim, I am a wild woman, and this is me! ~By Jessica Wildes

  • August Full Sturgeon Super Moon

It is officially birthday month, and the Heavens are full of wild, wonderful energy to celebrate! Today is the first of two Super Full Moons this month. The Full Sturgeon Super Moon will be at her fullest at 11:32am PT. We also have Lion’s Gate coming on 8/8, and then we wrap the month up with the second Full Blue Moon on August 30! More on those later this month… WOmanifestation and completion are creating the divinely powerful VIBE of this month - and I am here for it! Here are four powerful insights and a wild woman ritual to embrace: 1: Powerful Activating Energy Now is the perfect time to breathe life into a collaboration and assemble a team for a project you’ve been dreaming about or putting off. Revel in the energy of each other’s ideas, shine a light on one another’s strengths, and bring your individuality to the table! 2: Awaken Traditions What is calling you? Maybe it is time to dust off your great-grandmother’s recipes, plant heirloom seeds (marigolds, watermelon radishes, and kale are on my list!), set the table with heritage China, or read the poetry book you inherited from your grandmother. 3: Let Your Freak Flag Fly Embrace living life as your authentic self this month… that favorite, effortless version you often reserve only for yourself. Release the “need” to conform to anyone’s expectations. Step up and into the light to express your truest self and magnetic essence! 4: Ditch the Senseless Hustle + Habits Take a look at your daily patterns. What feels tired and uninspiring? Consider a new approach to your routine. For instance, I replaced my coffee ritual with a delicious new alternative MUD/WTR - and I also replaced my creamer with Silk Oatmeal Cookie Oat Milk Creamer . I no longer feel the anxiety or stress on my nervous system that coffee delivered, AND I still have a lovely morning beverage ritual. 5: Wild Woman Water Ritual Aquarius is “the water bearer.” This sign is a metaphor for emotional clearing and transmutation. Over the next few days, set aside time to collect the limiting thoughts you are carrying and the emotions you are ready to clear and clean out. Items to Gather: Cleansing tool of choice - Palo Santo, Incense, Sage, etc. Bowl of water - if you have a beautiful crystal bowl you love or a family heirloom - use that! Body Oil or Lotion Essential Oils: Relaxation: Bergamot. Rose. Lavender. Balancing: Sweet Orange. Geranium. Ylang Ylang If you grow any of these in your garden, gather them for your space, as well! Crystals: I will be using: Moonstone. Green Aventurine. Sodalite. Amethyst. Clear Quartz. Journal and Pen Calming, Meditative Music 1: Start the music and clear any clutter in your space. 2: Next, cleanse the energy of your space and balance your sacred energies. I love to start at my feet and lift the smoke and energies up through my crown. Read through these mantras as you cleanse each chakra. (New to this? Check out the chart below.) Root: I am present in each moment. I feel connected to Mother Earth and her energy. Imagine red light here. Sacral: I feel creative energy flowing through me. I put beautiful energy out into the world. Imagine orange light here. Solar Plexus: I release shame and call in empowerment. I release criticism towards myself and others. Imagine yellow light here. Heart: I see the divine light in every being that I meet. I love my life and all of its blessings. Imagine green light here. Throat: My truth is divine and deserves to be heard. I honor my self-expression as a sacred gift. Imagine blue light here. Third Eye: I possess divine intuitive wisdom and discern what is true from what is untrue. Imagine indigo light here. Crown: I release all limiting beliefs and RE-member that everything is always working out for me. Imagine violet or gold light here. As you complete this cleansing, imagine a golden ray of protective, healing light around you and filling your space. You are now filled with the purest, most loving energy and your space is filled with hope, joy, and peace. 3: Grab your journal and write out three things you would like clarity on or desire to release. 4: Bring your bowl of water up towards your mouth and speak those three things out loud - over the water. 5: Place your bowl at your feet. You can either sit or lay down near it - as you wish. Focus on the feeling you will feel when those three things are fully released. Revel in the joy, relief, or __________ you will experience. Relax and listen to the meditation music… simply BE in this moment. Listen for any insights or messages that you receive. 6: After your meditation is complete, take your bowl of water and set it outside or on the window sill to charge under the light of the Full Sturgeon Super Moon. 7: While it is soaking in the moonbeams, it is self-love, soul-care time! If taking a bath or shower is your evening ritual, do that now. Once you are dry, rub your body oil or lotion into your heart center using circular motions… each circle soothing, recharging, and restoring your heart energy. I am deeply loved. I radiate divine love. I am love. 8: Gather your bowl of water. While holding it in both hands, speak these words over it… “My intentions are already manifesting opportunities and weaving magic into my life’s tapestry. This water has soaked up those things I wished to release and brought me the clarity I wished to receive. My intentions are now released from this water. It is clear and pure.” As you pour it out, say: “As I return this water to the Earth, I am grateful. May this blessed water bring purity to my Soul and all those who walk upon the Earth.” 9: Before you crawl under your cozy covers for a restful sleep, journal your thoughts so you are able to reflect on them throughout the month. Enjoy soaking in the moonbeams and meditation time, my beloved. Wrapping you in love and light, Violet Full Moon Photo by Johnny Kaufman on Unsplash

  • July 25th - The Day Out of Time

On my journey to live more intentionally and soulfully - I now plan my life by the 13 moon cycles each year. It helps keep me focused and grounded and reminds me to celebrate the wins, release what no longer serves my purpose/vision, and REST every 28 days. Along this path, I love learning new things... This morning, I was blessed to learn something I’m so excited to share. Did you know? Today is a sacred day! July 25th is called “The Day Out of Time“.  It is the culmination of the 13 Moon Calendar year, originated from the Mayan science of time, and closes 13 moons of 28 days = 364 days. Sirius (the dog star) rises with the sun on this day. Today is considered a day out of time - an extra day - the 365th day, the last day of the galactic year in the Mayan calendar... Are you as intrigued as I was? As a day free of time, it’s believed to be divinely charged with spiritual energy and a divergent opening of energy portals which allows a more intense connection with the spiritual world. Today, Earth realigns with Galactic time and is a day to pause and release old energy, forgive the past, and move on into a new cosmic year. It’s compared to the 31st of December of the Gregorian Calendar, and, as so, it’s celebrated by people of all cultures who recognize the importance of a natural reckoning of time. "The Gregorian Calendar is a political calendar of taxation and war derived from Babylonian timekeeping, and instated by the Vatican as a correction to the Julian calendar, which failed to account adequately for the solar year. The Gregorian too, fails to equal the mathematical superiority of the Mayan timekeepers in regards to its accuracy, but even worse, it regards time as linear like itÕs predecessor. Its measure is based on the 12:60 ratio, which measures time as space and eliminates the integration of the 13 moons with the solar year. What seems a harmless oversight, in fact has a tremendous effect on the consciousness of humanity. Operating in an irregular and uneven shuffle of months, with no recognition of the symbols from which it is derived, time can only be viewed as limited." Quoting this article. Are you feeling inspired to celebrate and honor this day, too?  Join me in a burning ceremony. Here is what you will need: Candles to light up your space Incense or Palo Santo (please only use ethically sourced products) Your favorite writing pen Strips of paper (I like repurposing junk mail envelopes or using natural items like river birch bark or leaves) A heat-safe bowl filled with water (please be very careful out there!) Matches (the intentional striking of the match is ideal. A lighter will do...) Journal Music - this is the Beautiful Chorus playlist I will be listening to today. I'll be releasing the following: Fears Limiting Habits Negative Thought Patterns Unrealistic Expectations Traumas and anything else that bubbles up that I am ready to release! Then, I will burn them one by one. What are you releasing today? If you feel like sharing - drop it in the comments below. I’ll add it to my prayers today! • Celebrating Mary Magdalene

Happy Mary Magdalene’s Feast Day! I love this Holy Day and setting aside time to reflect on the incredible Mary Magdalene. This year, I am using the brand new Oracle cards that Meggan Watterson released this week... and they are STUNNING! Excert from her website: "The Mary Magdalene Oracle is about a vision of radical love that formed long before Christianity became a formal religion in the 4th century, long before Mary's gospel was excluded, destroyed, and buried. It's a vision of humanity as a beloved community that risked their lives to recognize each other as equals—innately worthy of love, no matter their status within the Roman Empire. And it's about a vision that Christ gave Mary to then give to us, then and now—to see less with the ego and more with the eye of the heart. Each of the 44 cards reveals a key aspect of the transformation that her gospel seeks to inspire within us. Each card is meant to remind us of the truth that we are comprised of a massively human ego as well as a divinely merciful soul. So that we can do the life-altering inner-work of bringing love to where it has never been before." Get yours here: megganwatterson.com/mmo Want to know more about her? Molly and I had a wonderful conversation about Mary Magdalene on Spill the Tea. You can listen here: debratrappen.com/stt-7-20 Watch here: facebook.com/d11fireup/videos/1610546055821493 or catch the podcast at the links below. Highlights of our chat... In 2016, Pope Francis bumped this “memorial” into a full feast day of the Catholic church, making St. Mary Magdalene the only woman other than Mary (the Mother of Jesus) to have an actual feast day above memorial level. In the Catholic religion, she’s the Patron Saint of Women. Truths About Mary Magdalene: 🌹 She was a beloved disciple of Jesus 🌹 She wrote her very own Gospel (Check out Karen King’s translation.) 🌹 She was present as Jesus took his final breath on the cross 🌹 She discovered the empty tomb on Easter 🌹 She is known as the “Apostle of the Apostles” Yes - a teacher + missionary of men! 🌹 She was portrayed Scripturally to have a primary role over Jesus’ female followers 🌹 She is an anchor for the feminine and masculine divine flames I love thinking about how brave Mary Magdalene was to be present as her Koinōnos (Greek for Companion) Jesus was crucified - when many other apostles hid to avoid being arrested. Now here are some things that St. Mary Magdalene was NOT: 🌹 she was not a prostitute 🌹 she was not the woman from the Bible that washes Jesus’ feet with her tears and her hair Do you know how the lies started? The portrayal of Mary Magdalene as a prostitute began after a series of Easter sermons delivered in 591 when Pope Gregory I conflated Mary Magdalene, who was introduced in Luke 8:2, with Mary of Bethany (Luke 10:39) and the unnamed “sinful woman” who anointed Jesus’s feet in Luke 7:36–50. Let me be clear. THE POPE MADE IT UP, and this outrageous, misogynistic gossip and horrific lie were told for over 1300 years. For well over 11 million hours, this false narrative was shared. Think about that. When anyone “has concerns” about my questioning and studying the Scripture for myself – I share this story. Then, I let those who aren't ready to explore pray for my Soul. #LetThem The church finally came forward in the 1960’s, saying there is no reason to believe that Mary Magdalene was either of these other women mentioned in the Bible. One (the “great sinner”) goes unnamed, and it is believed the woman that washes his feet with her tears and dries them with her hair may have been Mary of Bethany, also the sister of Lazarus. Well into the early 2000's I was still hearing that Mary was a whore turned saint from the pulpit… I am sure many of you reading this have never heard the truth until today. It took 1,425 years for the church to truly honor Mary Magdalene in a manner fitting her part of the story and the red threads she connected when she walked this planet. She deserves extraordinary celebration! 🌹 May we all wake up and recognize the focus and wisdom of Divine Feminine energy... and allow it at all of our tables. 🌹 May we all shed the lies spoken over and into us for so many years and proudly celebrate Mary Magdalene as a divine inspiration. • July 2023 Full Buck Moon

The Full Buck Moon will reach her fullest self at 4:40a PT on July 3rd. In honor of connecting with the water element and the mystical, magical side of Capricorn, it’s a great time to do a water ritual. Slow down and listen to your soul whispers and gentle, intuitive reminders. The Full Moon is known as a time to release and let go. She illuminates the darkest of corners, making it a perfect time to shine light into your own life and assess what is and isn’t working. I am creating a morning Goddess Bath Ritual to help prepare me to reflect and release what is no longer for me. Enjoy this process of preparing, soaking, reflecting, and releasing! 1. Clear and Create Sacred Space Clean your space with intention. Clear everything from around your tub and only put back that which adds divine energy. Consider sprinkling in sacred sensuality with candles, music, and incense. As you clean, repeat this: “I cleanse my space with love and light. My home is attuned to the highest vibration. My space is prepared. This place is protected. May calm, peaceful, loving energy surround every person who enters.” 2. Prepare Your Bath Water Whether you are a fan of bubbles, salts, or oils - choose your scent based on the feelings you want to feel more of in the month ahead. Do you seek to feel more confident, loved, patient, or at peace? Think about this and then do a quick search to pair it with an essential oil/scent that will support your vision. If you have moon water left over from a previous month, add some of that to your water. Save a little to pour over yourself while you are in the water. 3. Gather Crystals and Nature’s Beauty You chose the scent to support the feelings you wanted to feel more in the month ahead - now it is time to gather crystals that will amplify them for you. I am revisiting the intentions I set on the last New Moon and gathering those crystals to support my desires: Clarity of Vision Clear Quartz, Carnelian, Citrine, Tourmaline, Selenite, Malachite, Pyrite, Aventurine Magnetic Connections Amethyst, Sodalite, Blue Chalcedony, Blue Lace Agate Peace in the Process Turquoise, Amazonite, selenite, Lapis Lazuli, Carnelian, Amazonite, Citrine Joy in the Outcome Rose Quartz, Carnelian, Black Tourmaline, Citrine, Amethyst Flower petals (I have gorgeous orange roses to use in my bath water and around my tub) or a bouquet of herbs are also lovely additions to your experience. As you stir your water, say a blessing over your ceremony. “I am love and light. I let go of any fears that are surrounding me and blocking me from moving forward. May this water wash away all that is no longer for me and prepare me for what is coming my way. I accept the divine healing energy and move through my body. ” 4. Layer in Luxury Luxury means something different to each of us. I enjoy soothing my skin with a deliciously scented facial masque, preparing a freshly washed and warm towel, and laying out a soft goddess gown to slip into after my bath making my experience feel special. Think about what would make your experience special and gather those items. 5. Soak In Your Gratitude As you sink into the delicious water, enjoy a moment of gratitude. What are you thankful for in your life - right now? Say each thing out loud as you soak in the healing water. 6. Nourish Your Skin Take the time to intentionally dry off with a luscious, clean towel. Then, get ready to nourish your skin now. Sunflower oil is my favorite ingredient for this part of the ceremony. I'll be adding in a little Pink Pepper, Rose, and Vanilla essential oil. This is a delicious part of the body + soul ritual, so be sure to savor each body part. As you rub in the oil, thank your body for her strength, grace, and love - even in those moments, you did not love her. She deserves your attention and is grateful for it. 7. Head Outside + Journal Your Vision Now, put on your Goddess Gown or favorite comfy clothes and head outside to write down your vision and the answers that were downloaded to you during your soak while sipping your favorite morning beverage. Journal prompts to help you connect to this Full Moon's Energy: What goals or intentions have I set this year that I am ready to release? What or who is no longer in alignment with who I am today? What do I need to feel secure and supported enough to thrive? Is my physical space reinforcing my vision or is clearing out required? What goals, plans, and intentions am I ready to set to help me achieve what I want to accomplish in the next half of the year? 8. Carry Your Crystals The crystals you used are now divine generators of your vision. Carry them in your pockets and let them be a reminder of the visions you cast during your Full Moon Bath Ritual. Beloved, I pray you are able to find sacred time to bless yourself with this ritual. • June New Moon 2023

Today is our final New Moon of Spring! It will help us welcome the Summer Solstice on 6/21 with fresh energy and a creative flow that delights us. It’s time to manifest opportunities for positive changes and big dreams to come our way! Trust your intuition. Our Creator blessed us with this internal guide to help us confidently step into our purpose. Here are a few affirmations to start with: I am centered and aligned with my truth. I surround myself with what uplifts me. Everything is always working out for me. As you work with June’s New Moon vibe, examine each part of your life, including your career, relationships, spiritual work, home life, etc. Meditate on the slices that are adding to the divine picture of what you want your life to be and what elements are distracting you from it. Truly invest time to see and feel the life you want to live. Here are some journaling prompts to ask yourself: 1: Which parts of my life are helping to support my vision, and which ones need transformation? 2: Who are the people I would like to be part of this next cycle? 3: What are the self-limiting beliefs I am carrying around? 4: How do you plan to transform your inner narrative and heal through self-love? You may choose to write custom affirmations, wear a thread around your wrist to remind you to speak love over yourself or plan to journal daily this cycle. An encouraging part about your inner narrative is that YOU are the author and can choose to rewrite them at any time. Tap into your curiosity and ask yourself about the stories you are telling yourself right now. Review them, let go of the ones not serving you, and rescript the ones that need it. When you honor and nurture your stories, you shift your energetic vibration, including the radical high frequency you emit. 5: My dream life would include… 6: Things that drain my light… Here are some of the intentions I am working with during this Lunar Cycle and the crystals that support them… If you would like to share what you are focusing on - I would be honored to hold space for you! Clarity of Vision Clear Quartz, Carnelian, Citrine, Tourmaline, Selenite, Sodalite, Malachite, Pyrite, and Aventurine Magnetic Connections Amethyst, Sodalite, Blue Chalcedony, Blue Lace Agate Peace + Positive Energy in the Process Turquoise, Amazonite, selenite, Lapis Lazuli, Carnelian, Amazonite, Citrine Joy in the Outcome Rose Quartz, Carnelian, Black Tourmaline, Citrine, Amethyst Enjoy your rituals this weekend! • June's Full Strawberry Moon 2023

The Strawberry Full Moon will be at its fullest around 8:42pm PT on June 3rd. It’s time to get fired up and celebrate because June’s Full Moon - our final Spring Full Moon - is here to illuminate our successes while simultaneously pushing us onward. June’s Full Moon is named for the wild, ripe, and bountiful strawberry harvest that typically occurs this time of year. June’s Strawberry Moon's spiritual meaning embodies the magic and fullness of life. Fun facts: Did you know that strawberries are known as a divine food of LOVE, and they represent the goddess Freya? As I often share, please take time tonight to set out your water, skincare, essential oils, favorite crystals, rings, and other baubles… Charge them all under these divine moonbeams! I also set out creative tools I use, like pens, journals, paints, glasses, etc. Everything I am reading reminds us to be intentional under this Full Moon’s majesty! Get outside this weekend to revel, dance, sing, and enjoy life! Full Moons are times for illumination, reflection, and release… Invest some extra moments in meditation, journaling, drawing, writing poetry (haikus are a favorite of mine!), taking a walk, strolling on the sandy beach, or doing some relaxation coloring. Find some quiet time over the next few days to focus on honoring your favorite spiritual or creative practices. Journal Prompts: 1: Where do I desire more stimulation in my life? What do I desire? Who do I desire? How can I trust myself and step into these desires more freely? 2: What do I want to do this summer? Whatever you are dreaming of - be super specific in this exercise - including how you will feel while doing each activity! 3: Which of the goals and intentions I set during the Winter have I accomplished? Write out anything holding you back, and celebrate how far you have come! 4: What hope-filled possibilities are available to me right now? Mentally? Physically? Emotionally? Limitless possibilities are available to you… Focus your thoughts and intentions on the areas you want to level up! 5: What growth have I experienced in the last month? Be sure to include how you are going to CELEBRATE that growth! Other Ways to Honor the Strawberry Moon: Intentionally surround yourself with the colors that reflect the Strawberry Full Moon - red, orange, yellow, and pink. This could be in your clothing, food, or flowers! Choose some crystals to learn about, like clear quartz, rose quartz, amethyst, and citrine! If you have a local strawberry farm, pick some fresh off the vine. Short on time? You can keep it simple and purchase fresh organic strawberries from your local market. Be sure to take a moment to enjoy their beauty. Gaze at the little seeds popping out of the vibrant red skin… and delight in each scrumptious, juicy bite while sitting beneath the Full Moon. Gather your sisterhood, serve Strawberry Daiquiris or Margaritas, and dance under the moonlight. Strawberries remind me of my Grandma K, so I will savor strawberries over a bit of vanilla ice cream - just as she served them for Grandpa and me. What is your favorite way to snack on these delish berries? I would love to know! Wrapping You in Love and Light.
